…This site:

Welcome to my blog slash website. Here you will find stuff, yanno, just stuff I want to publish. Maybe some code stuff, of tech stuff, or maybe opinion stuff. Mostly my own stuff, but maybe some stuff of others. Some of that stuff will probably be of the following types:

Stuff Types:

Electronics stuff
Web Stuff
Home automation stuff
Programming stuff

Here be dragons! It is very important for you to know that a lot of the stuff I publish on these pages is very rough, or incomplete, and may not be tested. Use at your own risk! I like proof-of-concept stuff. A lot of the stuff I do is proof-of-concept (that is to prove I can do the concept, not that ‘it’ can be done. It’s more a me thing). So with that you will find unfinished stuff, stuff that is broke, or doesnt have all the necessary things to make stuff safe.

All of the stuff I publish here, scripts, programming etc, will (unless stated) be using the Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported (CC BY-NC-SA 3.0) license. See here. That means you can do what the hell you want with it, but you must attribute me to any derivative works you make from it. It also means you can’t sell it, profit from it, or give away as your own. My stuff comes free, and shall stay free forever, no matter in what shape, form or version. Thank you for understanding! 😀

I am your average white suburbonite slob. I have an average job, with an average house and an average car. I’m pretty tech savvy. In fact I love tech, so much so, if you cut me in half I would probably have a version number running through me.

I love/have qualifications in/have experience in:

In no particular order: Home Automation, Electronics engineering, Audio Visual,
Digital Signage, Lighting systems (both residential and commercial),
Systems Administration, Network Administration, Consumer and Corporate networks,
LANs, WANs, and all the bits in-between, IT Hardware, Server Hardware and Software,
Fire Alarms, Telephony, Radio Transmission and Reception, Mechanics, Web Design,
Web services, various scripting/programming languages (none of which I'm a god with),
And a lot of other stuff
